Design for Leisure (DFL) is looking for a Sales Coordinator willing to work in a fast-paced, multinational company. This position will require experience supporting sales activities, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales processes. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to join a growing company in the unique wellness industry, has exemplary organizational and communication skills, with experience in sales support or related industries.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Supporting the sales team in daily activities and ensuring smooth sales processes.

• Managing client relationships and handling inquiries and communications.

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.

• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

 

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in sales or sales support.

• Proficiency in supporting sales activities and managing client relationships.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and coordinating with internal teams.

• Ability to prepare accurate sales reports.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address any client issues promptly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the construction or wellness industry.

• Familiarity with hydrothermal spa projects and related products.

• Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.
