Installation Technician (Electrical/Plumbing/HVACR)

Our expertise in building best-in-class wet areas ranges from small but luxurious residential thermal suites with acclaimed hydrothermal circuits for 5-star hospitality projects and luxury commercial developments.

What We’re Looking For
DFL is looking for Installation Technicians with specific skill sets in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVACR, willing to work in a fast-paced, multinational company. This position will require experience installing and maintaining hydrothermal systems, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to project timelines. We are looking for candidates who are eager to join a growing company in the unique wellness industry, have exemplary technical and problem-solving skills, with experience in construction or related industries.

What Your Day Looks Like

Installing and maintaining hydrothermal systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVACR components.

Ensuring all installations meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.

Meeting with team leaders and project managers to discuss project requirements and schedules.

Troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise during installation.

Collaborating with project managers and other technicians to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintaining accurate records of installations and maintenance activities.

Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards.
Required Skills

Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, HVACR.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair system issues.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Preferred Skills

Certifications or licenses in Electrical, Plumbing, or HVACR.

Experience in installing hydrothermal or spa systems.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
