Initial Design
Recognising the importance of being involved in a project from conception, Design for Leisure will work on projects in phases to suit the demands and budgets of the ownership, taking on design commissions without further obligation. We are also happy to accept project appraisal commissions for more advanced schemes where a later appointment occurs.
Manufacturing Process
Being favoured with an order to manufacture the equipment we have been involved in specifying at the design stage, or indeed for equipment designed by others, we will progress to the detailed design stage, followed by manufacture. We can undertake all shipping, clearance and local delivery responsibilities, providing a true door to door service.

Installation
With our own teams of trained technicians, we undertake to install the entire range of products we offer, ensuring quality is
maintained throughout. At all times working cooperatively with General Contractors, specialist trade contractors and the professional team to ensure completion on time and on budget.
Training
Our training program has been praised for the comprehensive way in which we train the on-site Engineering Department on how to service and maintain our equipment, the Operational Spa Team on how to operate the products and provide bathing prescriptions to guests and the front of house team on how to ‘sell’ the features of the newly completed facilities.
Project Completion
Often the point at which the client feels the most vulnerable, our training program will have provided confidence, but as an additional method of support we can interface all our equipment to provide remote diagnostic assistance and guidance. Spare parts for all our equipment are readily available with spare stocks of consumables provided at completion.
